HG SYBR Green miRNA荧光定量PCR试剂盒应用Peter改良的miR-Q技术,采用特异性的上下游引物对反转录所得miRNA的cDNA产物进行定量检测【1】。不同于其它公司的单条特异性引物扩增方法,HaiGene采用双向特异性扩增引物(原理如图1),从而极大提高了miRNA的检测特异性,其可以区分极高相似度的miRNA分子、减少非特异性扩增(图2,3所示)。该miRNA荧光定量PCR试剂盒对可以对任何miRNA分子进行检测。HG miRNA荧光定量PCR试剂盒共有一万余种,试剂盒编号为APXXXXX,每一个miRNA分子对应一个检测试剂盒,可于HG SYBR Green miRNA qPCR kit.xls中查询。如果您研究的miRNA分子不在我们的列表中,请来信咨询,我们将及时给您优化设计。该试剂盒中的每一对引物均经过设计优化,确保扩增效率和特异性。使用该方法进行miRNA定量检测已被大量文献所采用【2~11】。 |
