         HaiGene扎根于分子生物学工具酶领域,作为国内最早进入LAMP恒温扩增领域的工具酶供应商之一,HaiGene不断强化在分子酶进化平台(in silico Design & invitro Evolution Workflow)的技术优势。在近10年的时间里,持续聚焦于LAMP恒温扩增技术,HaiGene开发出具有全球顶级品质的LAMP扩增用酶-Bst聚合酶系列。
        HaiGene Bst系列恒温扩增用酶均来源于Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA Polymerase I,通过基因工程手段去除了其5'-3'外切酶活性,而保留了5'-3'聚合酶活性。经电子重构建与酶进化技术,使其具有更强的链置换能力、杂质耐受性和RT活性,因此是Isothermal amplification (LAMP)的绝佳用酶。与野生型 Bst DNA 聚合酶(大片段)相比,该系列Bst 聚合酶在扩增速度、特异性、产量、耐盐性和热稳定性等方面均有大幅提高。

性能展示

1、Bst 4.2 HotStart功能展示
采用荧光酶活测定法在30℃和60℃条件下测定HotStart Bst 4.2,结果显示与未加入Aptamer的对照比较来看。HotStart Bst 4.2在30℃条件下酶活几乎无活性,而60℃条件下1min内酶活完全释放,恢复100%活性。

2、Bst 2.0 DNA模版扩增能力展示
20ul标准体系下采用0U(泳道1)、2U(泳道2)、4U(泳道3)、8U(泳道4)进行LAMP扩增。

RNA模板的扩增,分别用Bst 2.0、3.0、4.0以A549细胞RNA为模板,进行RT-LAMP扩增。
